CoreMind Remote Support
This page will help you get set up to allow CoreMind to remotely connect to your computer to fix the problem you have described. This is a one-time connection and is automatically closed when the work is complete. If you have any concerns about the security of this process, please contact us.
Step 1: Call CoreMind Support
Please call us on (03) 9993 3999 then follow the prompts for Support. If you're calling from overseas, please use +61 3 9095 2541
Step 2: Download Remote Support Application
Step 3: Launch Remote Support Application
This will download a program called support.exe (if you're using a PC, macsupport.zip otherwise) to your Desktop or Downloads folder. Please run this program
Step 4: Connect to Remote Agent
You will see a choice of staff members. Please double-click the correct staff member in the list as instructed by CoreMind
Service Terms & Conditions
Remote Support is available for all CoreMind clients. Clients without ongoing support contracts should be aware that Remote Support is a chargeable service billed in 15 minute increments.
Service Hours
CoreMind's normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays in Victoria). Outside of these times, CoreMind operates an emergency support service, accessible via the phone numbers above. Please note: this service is only available for existing customers and charges may apply.
Service Areas
CoreMind currently services the Melbourne metropolitan area. Service requested outside this area may be accommodated by special arrangement. Please e-mail us your requirements and we'll try to help.
