Project Rate

If requested, these services will be quoted separately prior to commencement.

  1. TIME & MATERIALS TERMS
  • Time is charged in 15-minute increments
  • Travel time is billed at standard rate + $50 per hour. Clients in the CBD, Docklands, Southbank & North Melbourne are not charged this excess rate.
  • CoreMind is a consulting company, not a retail store. All time spent related to discussing, researching, sourcing, arranging delivery, installation, configuration, support, training & facilitating warranty repair (if applicable) is charged consulting time.
    • B. In many instances CoreMind is happy for the client to perform some or all of these equipment-related services
  • In addition to time spent, CoreMind applies a commercial margin to all equipment
  • In many instances, CoreMind is unable to directly supply equipment, software or services (e.g. in the case of cloud software). In these cases
  • Time related to time-tracking and invoicing is NOT charged
  • SLA
  • Workstation Management
  • Domain & DNS Management

And the minimum monthly contract amount is greater than $250 + GST, CoreMind will apply a $100 + GST per month total discount against all services provided.

  1. DISCOUNT

On top of the service fees outlined above, whilst the scope of services provided includes all of the services initially undertaken:

  • HelpDesk
  • SLA
  • Workstation Management
  • Domain & DNS Management

And the minimum monthly contract amount is greater than $250 + GST, CoreMind will apply a $100 + GST per month total discount against all services provided.
If the amount is between $151 + GST and $250 + GST, CoreMind will charge $150 + GST.
