His approach to IT strategy and solutions is innovative and driven by a rare breadth of technical experience and depth of execution capability. David is one of those rare consults who not only has strategic insight and operational management capability, but intimately understands the complex underlying technology implementation. He is then able to wrap this up into crisp non-technical language and clear advice and direction.

David has 15 years’ commercial experience in systems and network administration, systems architecture, IT management and consulting. He holds Bachelor of Computer Science, Diploma of Arts (Linguistics) and Master of Business & IT degrees from The University of Melbourne.

Ben is an innovative CTO with a rare breed of skills spanning strategic IT consulting, complex application development and IT infrastructure. Ben is particularly adept at translating complex technology into easy-to-understand language and, conversely, translating simple business requirements into elegant IT solutions. He spearheaded the development of the eSmart Digital Licence, wearing multiple hats and saving the client from needing to engage multiple separate consultants.
Ben has a solid grounding in open source technologies – he is constantly breaking down conventional wisdom about enterprise systems and doing his best to implement leaner and simpler systems based on open source technologies and his own customisations and interfaces. Doing this in a way that benefits all our clients and leverages our operational scale, this capability is a key component of CoreMind’s Infrastructure design and management approach.
Ben is a Director of CoreMind and leads of technical service design and delivery. His previous roles include IT Asset Manager and Help Desk Support for Goldman Sachs JBWere and Development Engineer for Bosch Australia. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of Melbourne.
